Zeniva Hotel - Izmir

The room was nice, but the shower head really needed replacing.

Its location in Izmir was unbeatable and nice, near train stations and market, the beach promenade and main areas and lots of restaurants nearby. Konak district was worth visiting. Dining area was perfect for breakfast.

Thank you guys for a good stay that ended up in leaving after 1 night instead of planned 3 nights. The location is nice with a free parking on site.

The modern interior design features a spacious layout that looks just like the photos, a nice change from the usual misleading hotel images. The giant shower head in the bathroom provides a relaxing experience after a long day.

The non-smoking room still had a lingering cigarette smell was nice. The promised late check-out and its subsequent charge were mishandled, resulting in an additional fee that was not clearly communicated beforehand. The presence of two single beds instead of a large bed in the room was disappointing and added to the frustrations.

Everything was exceptional, amazing location near waterfront and walking distance to train stations and market, a train station, and the center of the seafront promenade, PERFECT 10/10 experience.

This perfect hotel has a modern design and stylish rooms. Very helpful staff and magnificent and perfect location make it a great choice! The venue provides wonderful and enjoyable breakfast.

The staff were polite and attentive. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with various tasty options to start the day right.

Perfect for Couples looking for relaxation

We loved the convenient location, just a short stroll to the promenade , made evening walks good. The breakfast buffet was a feast, with everything from hot dishes to sweet jams, definitely set us up for the day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but we found it acceptable under the circumstances.

Zeniva offers excellent amenities with soundproofed rooms was nice. The contemporary design of the hotel and its clean, spacious rooms appointed with rainfall showerheads are excellent. The complimentary valet service is a fantastic perk, especially in a bustling area like Izmir.

The location offers a nice balance of being centrally located yet quiet, great for easy exploration. The breakfast buffet features a hearty selection, perfect for fueling a day of sightseeing. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm on hot days, and the lingering smell of smoke in a non-smoking room diminished the overall experience. Communication regarding late check-out could have been clearer to avoid unexpected charges.

Wi-fi was reliable. Luggage storage was helpful. Unfortunately, the room was too warm.

the shower door was not fully in its track , but everything else was great. the staff offered us an early check-in and an upgrade to a bigger room. location is ideal with great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the pier.

We reached super early and they were nice enough to upgrade our room and let us check in early! The breakfast was very nice, everything you need to start the day off right!
